Emergency EyewashWall mount Eyewash Stations in order to have better protection, please read this manual before usage. This manual is applied for our Wall mounted Eye Wash station, this product is used for quick washing when accident occurs on site, and reduce the injure level of people.

Usage of Wall mounted Eye Wash station
Manually push the board, the water would inject from the eye wash nozzles, and please reset the valve after usage and put the nozzle covers back on.
1.Eye wash nozzles: the water comes out for eye and face washing.
2.Anti-dust covers: dust proof soft cover to protect eye wash nozzles.
3.Base: used for eye washer fixture.
4. Filtering net: used for filtering the impurities and dirt in the water. Filters are optional
5. This product is used for emergency situation, it would temporary slowdown the invasion of hazard material to the eyes and face, for further treatment and medical care, please go to the hospital.

Installation and Maintenance
1.The equipment is installed around the working area with hazard, usually in a range of 10 to 15 meters,

3.Wash the eyes and face for at least 10-15 minutes.
4.Assembly of eye washer: assemble according to the diagram.
5.lt is better to take training of knowledge and operation to all users before the usage.
6.The equipment needs to be checked regularly, any issues to be found needs to inspected and solved.

Warranty
Since the date of sales, within one year any damage caused by nature reason would be ok to send back to us and we would provide free replacements (site repairing needs to be written in the contract); if it is damaged by people, we would charge the material, labor and transportation, etc depends on the situation. And when warranty expires, we provide service with charges.
Instruction of Assembly Steps
Step 1: set up the direction of the base, and connect to the wall with plug bolts.
Step 2: put the eye wash bowl on the eye wash assembly, and connect with the joint.
Step 3: connect the horn shape elbow pipe to the joint.
Step 4: connect the manual switch to the 4" water inlet control valve and tight it.
